Pressure cleaning units open type is for the cleaning of various components like cylinder body and size up to 3000 mm long. The medium of cleaning should be either alkaline water or any rest preventive mixed solvent. The components are going to be placed on the rubberized rollers for better handling and cleaning process carried with high pressure jet. The cleaning media is going to be collected and recycled with different filtering levels . After cleaning separate hot air jet can be utilized for drying operation .We can design as per specific customer requirement also.

Pressure cleaning units closed type- these are pressure cleaning units are made for cleaning of loose components of various sizes .The chamber size can be designed as per the size and quantity of the components to be cleaned .the medium of the cleaning can be given with kerosene ,diesel or with alkaline water .It is having single jet or multi jet facility and the arrangement of the nozzles can be made for better cleaning process .The cleaning media is going to be collected and recycled with different filtering levels. After cleaning separate hot air jet can be utilized for drying operation. We can design as per specific customer requirement also. For small components a separate drying chamber will be provided, with temperature controls. In case of utilization of the diesel or kerosene as a medium of cleaning a separate electrostatic filter can be fitted for extraction of fumes generated in the chamber.
